Shipping
The dog bone ships throughout Australia and International via prior arrangement. International customers should email firstly for local or Country specific Authorised Stockists or email for product and shipping quote.
We ship within Australia and around the globe with our select couriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We offer standard shipping via Australia Post, but you may purchase Express Shipping and/or Signature required on delivery options of preferred.
Your shipping confirmation email from the dog bone will contain your tracking number if you wish to track the order yourself or check updates.
Our system automatically prints shipping labels. If for any reason your address is wrong and its returned to us, a re-delivery fee will be calculated and charged based on your destination address Australia wide. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make any changes to your address before we ship the order. If your order has shipped, please use the provided tracking number and contact Australia Post to arrange re-delivery or pick up from your local Post Office.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs will vary based on weight and location of your order. Shipping costs will be shown to you at the checkout before you are charged. We offer free shipping for orders over $99.00 (Australia only).
DELIVERY TIME
Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 72-96 hours of being placed or within 24hrs if Priority Processing has been purchased. Business days are Monday through to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or Public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order. Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer.
International shipping times will vary depending on the destination.
All customers will be notified of carrier and tracking number from our warehouse via email. Please check your junk folder if you have not received any emails from us in relation to your order or tracking number.
HIGH PRIORITY PROCESSING
Fast Track Processing - Get your order processed quicker!
If you select and pay for "High Priority" Processing, we’ll process your order within 24hrs (instead of the normal 48hrs-72hrs) allowing you to receive you’re the dog bone. Order faster than other customers. This upgrade will ensure your order leaves the the dog bone warehouse faster than usual. Note. This service is not an Australia Post guarantee. All orders remain subject to Australia Post terms and conditions once dispatched from the dog bone warehouse.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind, you can return any full priced product within 14 days of purchase if the item is unopened, unused, in as new and saleable condition, if you have arranged this in advance with us.
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, we ask that you first contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Products purchased at a sale price can only be returned if defective or damaged or if otherwise required by law.
To arrange a return, please email admin@thedogbone.au You must not attempt to return any products before having first arranged a return with us. Where we accept such returns, we regret that we will not refund any shipping cost. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable). Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be approved in writing with an applicable return’s authorisation number attached (which we will give to you when you contact us). Any returns received without the return’s authorisation number, will be returned to sender.
Where your product arrives damaged through delivery or appears defective, we may require you to provide us with photographs of the product for our further assessment.
Where you claim a product is defective or was damaged during delivery, unless the law requires us to do otherwise in the circumstances, we will at our election arrange a replacement, give you a store credit for the purchase price or give you a refund, provided that you notify us at Admin@thedogbone.au of a defective product within 14 days of receipt.
We will only refund the product purchase (shipping is not included). Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product issued is faulty on receipt. Photo of damaged product will be required.
We will be under no obligation to replace products or provide a refund where the product has become of unacceptable quality due to circumstances such as misuse, failure to use in accordance with reasonable instructions, using the product in an abnormal way or failing to reasonably care for the products.
Sorry we can only provide refunds for the dog bone products purchased at www.thedogbone.au We cannot provide refunds for the dog bone products purchased at other retailers or from other platforms.
We endeavour to depict products available for purchase using accurate images of the products. At times, however, products actually delivered may differ in appearance and packaging from their appearance in images and photographs on the Website.
Our Returns/Exchanges/Refunds policy can change at any time without notice.
PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK
We will notify you promptly if a product you have ordered is unavailable. We will then, at our election, either refund your purchase or give you a store credit for the same amount.
